This webinar is free and is sponsored by The Southeastern Alternative Funds Association (SEAFA). Andres Sandate, President of SEAFA and Founder, CEO of Endurance Strategies will interview Kimberly Flynn, CFA, President of XA Investments. Kim is an expert in helping asset managers establish registered closed-end funds, which include the increasingly popular interval fund structure, and will discuss why and how alternative asset managers are utilizing this vehicle to access retail investor capital. As the private wealth channel (RIAs, Broker-Dealers, MFOs, etc.) continues to grow as a source of capital for alternative asset managers, understanding the factors that go into establishing, launching, and growing an interval fund or other registered fund offering have become important to alternative asset managers.
